MARIKO ORGANICS
I’m currently based in Orange County, in Southern California. The climate is pleasant year-round, and with its abundance of natural beauty from the ocean to the mountains it’s a very comfortable place to live. When I go to the local farmers’ market, the produce is completely natural. There’s a wide variety of pesticide free and handmade items on display. On top of that, since so many health conscious people live here, I’m constantly inspired to think about my own well being and other aspects of my life.
Based on what I, as a Japanese person, have learned and experienced here in California, these recipes were born from the desire to “create unprocessed foods while spend time preparing daily meals, stress-free way!” What I value most when creating recipes is that the food tastes delicious the moment you take a bite, that it contains no unnecessary ingredients, and that it’s easy to make. I want to share recipes from around the world—dishes that you’ll never get tired of, no matter how many times you make or eat them, and dishes that are delicious for everyone, whether they have allergies or not.
What Are Raw Rice Recipes?
First, rinse the uncooked rice and soak it in plenty of water. Once the rice has absorbed enough water, put it in a blender and blend until the grains are completely gone and the mixture is smooth. This dough is baked, knead, or boil, and they’ll end up with bread, cakes, cookies, pasta, and more. You’ll need a blender with a bit of power, but the process is as simple as adding the ingredients Just turning it on! It’s really easy.
We also feature many gluten-free recipes that don’t require a blender.
